Implementation Specialist

The Job:  

Implementation Specialists will setup new clients with our online services, working closely with client contacts to ensure a smooth implementation. These activities are followed by client training and performance assessment with the goal of both short and long-term success with our software. Thereafter, Implementation Specialist will continually follow-up with “their clients” to ensure continued success, satisfaction, and growth. Successful Implementation Specialists can become Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in charge of geographical regions and/or specific vertical markets.

Requirements:

• 5 years of documented software implementation experience
• Demonstrable communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Planning, GIS, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with web technologies
• SQL/RDBMS experience a plus
• Software-as-a-Service experience a plus
• Consulting experience a plus
• Municipal experience a plus

Some travel within New England will be necessary in support of project work.  Candidate must be a US Citizen.
